公称マケドニア在住のpesijazalという人物によって2007年の5月25日にユーチューブ(YouTube)に公開された映像―『Welcome to BulGAYria ;-)』(ウェルカム・トゥ・ブルゲイリア ;-))。そのアップロードからおおよそ1年と3ヵ月後にあたる2008年8月24日の時点で、そのコメント欄には総数55のコメントが残されている。
実に激しい罵倒の飛び交うそこには、このビデオの公開者―pesijazal―が公称マケドニアの人物であるためか、同じく公称マケドニア在住の利用者らによるコメントが多く見られ、そしてそれにあわせて、公称ルーマニア在住の利用者らによるコメントが多く見られるという状況にある。
