They cannot, obviously, afford dentistry but how they got such formations in their mouths, I don't know. It seems that poor nutrition plays a part though I suspect also some encounter with some dangerous chemicals on a long term basis because they are mostly farmers. The poor people's diet seriously lacks nutrition. A regular vegetarian diet can still produce strong bodied people but these people eat mostly white rice and moong beans or wheat. Not much else.}}
