インターネットの接続は高速・・・ 検索エンジンも高速なんだけど、トレントが 遅 い ！！！！ブラウザでやる普通のダウンロードも高速・・・・でもトレントは 遅 い ！！！誰か答えちょうだいよヤバイってこれ。直そうとあれこれやってるうちにパソの前に4時間・・・・ ネアド交換の問題？？？？助けてよ誰か・・・ 〔i have fast internet ...the search engines are fast BUT my torrents ARE SLOW !!!! normal window mirror downlaods are fast ....BUT torrents ARE SLOW !!! そういうもんなんだよトレントってのは。確かにポートの問題という可能性も無いことはない。でもトレントの速度というのは概ね、そのトレントをシードしてる人々がどれだけの速さでそのデータを送信してくれているか、これで決まるもんだからね。 〔That's torrents for you. You might have some problems with your ports, but usually the speed depends on how fast the people seeding it are sending out the data.〕

トレントを用いてのダウンロードは知的財産権の窃盗に繋がることが多い。その種の接続に係る帯域幅がプロバイダにより細く設定されとることがあり得る。問題が続くようであればプロバイダ側に問い合わせてみるとよかろう。 〔Torrent downloads are commonly associated with theft of intellectual property. 構造を熟知してるわけじゃないんだけどさ、たぶんダウンロードの手法が原因でそうなってんだと思う。シードやその他の接続ってやつね。接続可能なところを探したうえで、繋いで、落として、切断して、また繋ぎ直して、みたいなことを繰り返すわけでしょ。そういう基本的な手法の部分が原因してると思うんだよね。まあ断言はできないんだけどさ。 〔I think it's because of the way they download. I'm not entirely sure how they work, but it's got something to do with seeds and connections they have to make to various locations to see if a connection is possible somewhere, and then where possible, connect, download, disconnect and reconnect to another download location when the current goes unavailabe. I think that is a basic way they download, but not sure.〕
